Ilva products were born in 1946 in Italy, from one of the main European Companies specialized in the field of wood coating.
Nowadays Ilva is a division of IVM Chemicals, a Company which originated in 2007 from the merger of all IVM Group Companies, specialized in wood coating, and of which it became part in 1986.
In that same year, following the steady growth of its products and brands on markets all over the world IVM Chemicals decided to create a dedicated division: Ilva International Wood Coatings Division, to guarantee punctual technical support and constant training to the distributors in the Countries where it was not present with its Subsidiaries.
